How We Ship

Stewarts orders are shipped primarily UPS, but we offer a variety of shipping options based on your needs. We utilize different shipping carriers based upon the weight and size of shipment to ensure the quickest and safest delivery for you!

When We Ship

Orders are shipped from our warehouse one or three business day after order is processed. Under normal circumstances, orders placed from our warehouse will arrive within 7-10 business days to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Keep in mind there is no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. If you need expedited shipping, choose the expedited shipping option.


A confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Expedited Shipping

2nd Day air is available for an additional charge. If you need expedited shipping please choose this as an option during the checkout process. Items on rush delivery will be shipped on the same day if orders are received before 12 p.m. CST, and the next business when orders are received after 12 p.m. CST. Delivery times will be calculated as appropriate.

Please contact customer service to inquire about more expedited shipping availability and shipments to APO, FPO, International orders, or orders shipping to PO Boxes.

Shipping to Multiple Locations

Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship orders to multiple locations. If you have multiple addresses, please process them as separate orders. This is an option we plan to add as Stewarts expands!


If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please contact us immediately at 1-800-654-2862 and we will make every effort to assist you. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are received by our warehouse or have been shipped – in the case your cancellation was not processed on time, please refer to our returns policy for easy returns.


Stewarts stands behind the quality of our products, and offers a full refund on all items returned within 15 days of receipt. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address, and phone number along with the original invoice. All items must be in their new, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Refunds do not include shipping charges both to and from shipping address.

Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect all packages promptly, and contact Stewarts immediately in the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged. Stewarts must report any damages to the shipping company within 14 days.

We cannot process a claim after the 14-day time frame for damage claims. It is the recipient’s responsibility to open and inspect all merchandise upon receipt to insure no damage has incurred.

We cannot be responsible for delays in shipping due to weather or other carrier delays.

Sales Tax

If the destination of your package is within the state of Illinois, a 6.25% sales tax will be included on your order. If the destination is outside the state of Illinois, no sales tax will be charged.
